No problem...yes i did call and made a service request and also sent a letter plus the copy of naturalization certificate .That service request went fast though .And they will send you a mail saying c

if anyone care, just got off call with NVC:   My 08/08 approved I-130 petition reached NVC on 09/04 and currently they are working on cases received on 08/12.   @J()hn , @Alexus_f,

My journey was long with CSC

pd jan25 2018 F2a

naturize june 27 18

service req same day by call

jun 13 got email to send naturalization certificate 

case change augest 9

rfe 11 jan 2019

rfe respond 31 jan 2019

got approved 19 may 2019

still with uscis they didn’t send my file to nvc yet

How did the email to send nat cert arrived before u naturlized?

Went over your post history. it is march.

 

Anyways as per: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/after-petition-approved/begin-nat-visa-center.html

 

Quote

Please allow up to six weeks for your case to arrive from USCIS from the date you receive your I-797. Once it arrives at NVC, we create your visa case and enter all of the data from your approved petition into the system. We are currently working on cases that were received from USCIS on 21-MAR-2019. Once your case has been created, we will contact you with instructions on how to begin processing. Until your case is entered into our system, we unfortunately won’t have any information about your case.

 

So give them another week. They are human after all.

 

The date likely increases by 1 date, every day automatically (manual intervention to fix it once a month or so) and it definitely didn't account for easter holiday.

I've sent required documents including my naturalization certificate 2 weeks ago, case status not changed since then. 

How can I reach CSC? is there a phone number that I can talk in person?

 

Should I call and ask, or is there any other way to check it.

You can do it over online chat.

 

Mine got upgraded in 2 weeks.

 

Check the status on the old myuscis page. you should see something like this:

AskEmma USCIS site. it takes a bit of grinding to get representative. google to see the quickest way to get chat representative
