Update guys!! I sent expedite letter on my petition in NVC on September 19. On September  20 they email me and said that they will review it . Today i got an email again from NVC and said they are willing to expedite my petition. I got my case number and invoice number. 🙏😇

Great news!

how did you expedite the case? I asked my Congressman office, he said I don’t qualify for it? There is a criteria to meet.

did you use Ask NVC Form in their site?

Should I be concern, I received my approval letter almost a week ago and I do not see status update on USCIS. new and old website. It still shows old PD date received date.  How long should does it takes to receive invoice # after my case approval date?

This is what I see on NVC site as far as where they are now

Current case creation time frame: As of 23-SEP-2019, we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 23-AUG-2019.

Quick update to all IR1 :

i caller USCIS and asked update on my case (June 2018 PD and upgraded to IR1 in July 2019) , they told me to wait 90 days after upgrade date and in mean time I lookedp one of the threads :

All IR1 folks who filed K3 visa and they got approval immediately and USCIS declined k3 and approved I130 immediately, where as one with just IR1 are waiting for approval at Nebraska for 1 year.

I decided to file K3 for my spouse like they did at Nebraska and sent the forms today for my spouse. I will update you all as I get update on it.

Hope they approve i130 soon. Please pray for me.

Hello, i have finally got my documents for RFE ( the marriage certificates from the local registrar). so do i have to send any extra bona fide  documents or just the ones they asked in RFE

They asked the copy of original marriage certificate and my pp size photo which i do have now.  I also do have photos from our marriage ceremony and other bunch of documents to prove that marriage is not fake but should i send them all? Got little confused here, anybody have any experiences on this or any advise ?  Thanks

For RFE, you just need to send EXACTLY what they have asked you. Nothing more, nothing less.

If they had a concern about the bona fide of your marriage, they would have explicitly asked for the evidence.

Hello everybody, here is my case journey till datae :
Service Center CSC

F2A I-130                                                      : 06/13/2018

Upgraded my case from F2A to CR1: 07/24/2019
Called USCIS as I see June F2A getting approval already and they me need to wait 90 days , then I decided to file K3 visa (I-129F Form) - Its free if you file I-130 as I saw cases approved for IR-1 Faster that way and gave it a try.

Sent forms on Friday, USCIS received it on 10/01/2019 and on 10/02/2019 I see :

I-130 Approved: 10/02/2019
I-129 - No update yet but I think they will deny it,

Thanks

Yogesh
