I called the USCIS today and they told me that i am going to get a RFE. Nobody knows what they will ask.

what was the reason for you, did you get mail or still waiting ?  One of my friend were asked to send the passport size of photos of him and his wife for RFE.

I don’t think it’s May responses. It also depends on your PD date. If your PD is July 2018+ then you have to wait. 

 

I know now someone who upgrade in May 2019, but PD was in Mar 2017. They had to wait two months after upgrade for I-130 approval.

glad I found this thread... I was a LPR and became a citizen this past summer July 2019. I called USCIS to notify them about the change and they said they will put it in the system. Case is still pending . I filed for my spouse in January 2019,Hopefully it gets approved soon .

Update: Just checked my case status  and found that they asked for RFE,  I am kind of scared, what they are going to ask me to send.

My 08/08 approved I-130 petition reached NVC on 09/04 and currently they are working on cases received on 08/12.

I finally have an update. How long do I need to wait for the letter? What should I prepare? In terms of conversations in message, do I need to translate it?

which means the mail was sent out next day and 2-3 days to arrive, so expect friday or saturday.

 

if you have USPS informed delivery, keep an eye there.

make sure your case is actually upgraded.
