Hi all,

We've been patiently waiting and still being patient but really frustrated right now why the system is so f slow.

Noa1 : 2 Nov 2017

Upgraded f2a to ir1 : 2 may 2019

Naturalization was dec last year but probs with the cert etc and only resolved last feb. Then request to upgrade by mail in early mar. No news so i reach out online via the messenger and finally upgraded early may. 😪

After reading the forum i know not much that we can do but wait 😅 but please let me know if there is other ways that i can reach out to them to ask about this petition.

On side note, f2a now processing nov 2017 applications so really, i am frustrated now.

Call UScis between 8am to 2pm American time, tell them u want to speak to a tier 2 officer.Tell d tier 2 your about your case.

Same here. 2.5 months since I have upgraded and nothing so far. Called USCIS multiple times and even talked to level 2, nothing. Sometimes, I wonder, if it would be faster had I not upgraded. lol

I swear, I mean they have all the info in their system.

An intern could likely create a seperate table from the existing I-130 table where the petitioner A number also has a N400 in process and bump them up for immediate adjugation.

I really do not see the point why CSC is not processing cases as it comes and choose to just sit on it till the time comes. Let it sit at NVC.
