I have a question guys. If your priority date on visa bulletin become current will it be the same on USCIS? Thank you

Ideally they should. Yes.

Try opening a case outside of normal processing times. Mention that VISA no. are available for those PD.

In honor of being 1 year anniversary of my wife's PD, I went ape mode and faxed, California center, both my senators and congressman.

I had submitted a request for case outside of normal processing time and that got a reply as per online case history but I have yet to receive said response

Any news on your case?

Senator Cruz called me back last week, same the same thing the upgrade notice said. They will process within 5 months. Only thing strange was that there was a weird emphasis on "within" of within 5 months.

I'm guessing they do not like to give definite answers. For my citizenship, when I invovled congressman, USCIS called their office and they told them they had a feeling it will be recheduled in april and it happened.
