Looks like it is taking 3 to 4 weeks, accounting for the recent easter holiday, give it another 7-10 days.

I sent a fedex with a cover letter, copy of naturalization and NOA1 on friday and that got delivered on monday 04/22/2019.

I was gonna give them a week to respond but then I realized I can upgrade it over chat instead of the dreadful call center.

It has been upgraded today and assigned to an officer already as per USCIS case status and a service request associated with it.

Hey bro.. Did you call them after naturalization or just sent them those docs? I called USCIS and they said after Naturalization you have to call us and then we will provide further instructions.

I did not call, I just sent it and it got delivered yesterday 04/22/2019.

But today instead of call I chatted with them and I got a service request no. so lets see if they can put 1 +1 together or gonna make me more miserable.

I gave her my certificate no. so hopefully they can pull the data themselves. and as mentioned it should with them yesterday itself.

Reset the password, it gets locked out if you do not login for a while.

I'm talking about the Case History column on bottom left, does it have your service request no for upgrade?

Oh okay i will try that. I don’t have that even on new myuscis. I already have the  hardcopy of upgrade notice. Here is what i did right after i become citizen on march 2019, i sent the copy of my naturalization certificate that day. Then i  called uscis if they recieved it and update it. After a week i got the hardcopy notice of upgrade petition.
