Hi guys,

Filed in January, received NOA1 in Feb. Last week, we got "touched" twice, in two days...it's been over a week and nothing.

Is this normal? How did it happen for you?

Really tired of waiting to go home now...can't wait till we can get back to the U.S. Let me know how it went for ya'll.

We got touched twice then waited over a week for the NOA2 email to come. Who knows what they do during that delay. Hang in there, its so worth the wait!

Aww, thanks. That's the kind of stuff I need to hear! I'm ok just so long as I know it's any day now. I'm checking it constantly, even at work! haha.

My first touch was February 2 and then nothing until the touches on May 1 & 2. No emails, no update just received an RFE in the mail. Hopefully this is not the case for you!

My NOA1 date is the 1st of Feb. We had 2 touches on the 3rd and 4th of May and nothing now. Today I'm doing the sneaky calls to the gov to see if we have been approved and the website hasnt been updated... Let you know what I find out!

My fiancée filed the K1 visa that was last year first week of December 2006 and now we just receive our packet 4 two weesk ago ....waiting is such but its exciting too,.. especially when you are waiting for the medical and interview wow nervous and worried and very excited ...
