Interview DS-160 # doesn’t match

Hey need a bit of help. My fiancée scheduled her interview then noticed the DS-160 numbers didn’t match. She believes it’s from her previous tourist visa. What should we do? Were we not supposed to setup a new ds-160?

She completed a new DS-160 then printed out the confirmation page - to bring to the interview  and then she checked her Profile/Dashboard and a different DS-160 is listed?

 

If that is a YES .. then don't worry, just bring the confirmation page from the newly completed DS-160 to the interview all will be fine.

We completed a new DS-160, that DS-160 number does not match the one on the interview confirmation page (She said it matches the one from her previous ds-160 tourist visa). So we should be fine as long as we bring the confirmations?

Ah yes .. exactly.  The interview confirmation page will display the old DS-160 info.   Like said bring the NEW DS-160 confirmation page to the interview, all will be fine.

She schedule with the Immigrant Visa Unit .. correct?

 

That statement applies to the non-immigrant unit

Almost positive she did cause when you check non-immigrant visa, it tells you on a pop up to select immigrant visa if you are scheduling a K-1. I incorrectly told her non-immigrant and she sent me a photo saying that wasn’t right.

Don't worry on the immigrant visa interview and the DS-160 .. just bring the new confirmation page
