Red flag

Hi,  just wanted to ask if there will be a chance of getting red flag about my situation, i been in 1 year relationship with my husband before we decided to get married,  and he just came once to the phi and that is for our marriage.  Is there possible of getting red flag?

Yes, it can be, although it's not as common to be an issue with Manila COs. But be sure to document your communication well moving forward, and another visit or 2 would help. You can also be there for the interview, which helps.

He can't come to visit because of his work..  That's what I'm thinking about,  coz he just came once and that's for our marriage.

That is a challenge, albeit one that most international relations have.

Try to look at it from the perspective of somebody that knows nothing at all about either of you. Do you have enough evidence that would reliably convince them that the marriage is bona fide?

I don't know all the circumstances of your relationship...this is something only you would know.

I have seen many couples successfully obtain a visa from Manila in this situation. I have also seen others refused. It comes down to the totality of the circumstances and the evidence presented as a result.

Yeah.  It's really quit challenging and stressful. That's what I'm worrying about.  We just only have our marriage pic,  pic together with both family while he's in phi,  chatlogs, calllogs, screenshots of videocalls, remitances, our marriage cert.   I don't know if that is  enough evidence for bona fide marriage..
