Hello everbody , so me and my fiancee met on a social media site two years ago and we were talking there for a few weeks before we move to whatsapp , but this social media site is closed now doesnt work anymore , are we required to submit the proof of being there? because we can't acces it anymore but there is proofs in wikipedia that it is closed and we got an email too from them stating that . another question is that I found her there because she wrote an experience of her visiting morocco because she had friends here before me so we will write that in the story of how we meet is it better to include passport stamps of her being here before she knew me will that help? thanks in advance

So part of the packet is to write up a statement about how the two of you met. You need to disclose where you met and that it was not an IMBRA. You CAN note in the document that the website is now defunct and what year it shut down.

You need to include concrete proof of your relationship - passport stamps, photos, etc. Morocco is a notoriously difficult embassy, so work on your absolute concrete proof. I don't think that her previous passport stamps will mean much, but she will include them in her packet regardless because the USC is required to make a copy of their entire passport.

If you have proof that the site is closed that should be fine. You may also want to provide proof that the website wasn't an IMB (international marriage broker).

And yes, you will need to submit those passport stamps as proof that you have met in person. Boarding passes, receipts from her trip, photos, all those are types of evidence that you will need to include.

No it is just  a social media site ,it was closed cos they didnt want to sell personal date and they were forced to shut it down . I just mean when she was in morocco before she knew me should we include that ? Because that is why i knew her because she posted about morocco ,so we need to prove to them that she was in morocco before she knew me and she only have passport stamps in her trips there so i was asking if it is good to.include that we have an email from them that says it is closed.

Regardless of what sort of website it was, you need to clarify that in your letter. Trust us.

You need the stamps from when you two saw each other. You are overthinking.

you need good solid proof

airline tickets,  photos of the 2 of u and moroccan family

more than 1 meeting

don't go into this procedure lightly

in July 2018 8 k1's were approved

and in August no K1 was approved

it is a long hard process to get an approved visa from Casa embassy
