Hey I’m james and have lived and worked in the United States for over 5 year and married with 3 children!

Im curious to know if it’s difficult to move my parents and siblings aging from 13-22 to the United States and what it would take?

There are all British nationals and have read separate visas for them but wondering if there is a way to petition them all at the same time? Thanks

hi

exactly, you have to be a US Citizen to file for parents or siblings

you file for them separately, and some petitions would be faster if your parents file for them instead of you.

parents will take over a year, siblings over 14 years no matter the age or if they are married or not

there are no derivatives for minor children, so if you file for both parents on separate petitions, they will have to leave the minor children behind

it will take over 2 years for minor children of residents once your parents are here

but if you want to file for your siblings just in case, a person can have more that one petition filed on their behalf at the same time

your parents can also file for unmarried children over 21, it will take over 7 years, but it will be double the time if you file for them

Do you mean British Citizens?

Are they eligible to apply for the Diversity Visa?

no,   UK is not

says in the following all but these

The qualifying countries are the same as last year. Natives of all countries qualify EXCEPT Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, China (mainland-born), Colombia, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Haiti, India, Jamaica, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, the Philippines, South Korea, the United Kingdom (except Northern Ireland) and its dependent territories, and Vietnam. People born in Hong Kong , Macau , and Taiwan are eligible.

Read @aleful's response as it will give you incite on your options.

Basically, it is nearly impossible to bring them all over here at once like you desire. Despite any immigration rumors you have heard, it doesn't work like that. Like Aleful said, there WILL be separation amongst your family. Even if you petition for your parents, they will not be able to bring all your siblings with them.

It is unfortunate but in order to bring your extended family over like you want, sacrifices (like family separation for a period of time) will have to be made.

Some British Citizens are eligible, that is a bit simplistic and in any event mentions N Ireland.

Calling themselves Nationals intrigued me.
