It'll be difficult for them to be granted another B visa in the near future. CBP suspected something was off if they not only refused him entry, but cancelled the family visas. Ghana is a tough embassy to get a B visa in the first place, CBP didn't think the family was returning home.

Yes I thought of that too but those family are very wealthy they can’t even stay in States for any amount it’s a shame thou, that’s why we trying to know if there’s way around this but since there’s no waiver I guess they have to try again in future thanks for your reply I appreciate a lot

Agreed...they were denied entry because of immigrant intent. Then the new visa application was also denied for immigrant intent. There is no appeal...they can reapply at any time, though. Don't expect a different outcome unless there is a change in circumstances regarding ties to compel them to return home. It likely won't be anytime soon, sorry.

I am assuming the I212 look into it you can download the application and check out the requirements.

Unless the OP was issued an expedited deportation as well - which does not seem to be the case here...sounds like a voluntary withdrawal of application for admission - no I-212 is necessary.

Print the form or read the I212 form to see if that will qualify for them

Qualify for what exactly?

Very wealthy people normally don’t have problems getting leave letters granted from work, they are normally senior enough to get what they want when they want. They also normally plan vacations a fair time in advance with nice hotels etc and with that they normally give plenty of notice at work for when they want to be on vacation. Wealthy people also tend to have it much easier than others applying for tourist visas because they usually have plenty of evidence of strong ties, and very little incentive to be illegal in the US.  I think something is not adding up in this story, maybe you don’t know all the details of what was discussed at his attempt to enter the country.

Does pique an interest of what led the CO to deny entry and, subsequently, the entire family's visas to be revoked.

They do not have a visa.

They can't re-enter without visas. They no longer have visas. It is the reason they re-applied for visas but they ended up still getting rejected for a new one.
