I129f passport stamp question

I’m the beneficiary, using stamps from my Australian passport as evidence of my trips to the US to see my fiancé. I only scanned the pages of my passport with the stamps on them (3), but do I need to also scan my photo page to go along with it? I didn’t consider this until now.

 

I’m putting my I-94 with travel history from the DHS website into the petition, and I’ve given my passport number within the I129f (in the section where it asks if the beneficiary has entered the US before).

 

So, I suppose my question is essentially whether the stamp pages alone are sufficient, or whether I need the photo page to go with it.

I'm sure it's fine along with your other evidence, however, when I submitted I scanned my entire Australian passport (including blank pages) just for a piece of mind.

if you are sending passport stamps as evidence of meeting in person, the entire passport needs to be scanned, including the biographic/photo page

I don't think this is right, entire petitioner passport is required only to prove citizenship.

 

As beneficiary, they don't even car if ypu have a passport yet, so if you are using it as proof of meeting in person, the proof itself is the stamps (and photo page) not 25 blank pages.

 

I think @Ethan & Shannoncomment it's right, you submitted other evidence that supports the stamps so don't worry.

youre right, i was thinking as the petitioner.

 

however, if you submit any pages with stamps id say to also include the bio page as otherwise, it could be ANYONES passport. kind of an all or nothing deal. plent of other evidence as you said though, so not really necessary anyways. would hate to see an RFE for something like that though. you never know with uscis... 😕

Yes I agree, they do tend to get confused over the smallest things.

I photocopied my bio page and the page showing the stamps

Ease of mind - copy the whole passport 😃 waste of papers (yes!) but avoid a potential RFE (yes!)
