My visa expired and I'm trying to fill out form I-131 travel document to send along with my Adjustment of Status package. I'm currently in the US.

 

In part 1 question 6 Class of Admission should I put B2 (which is how I entered but since expired) or put Out Of Status?

 

In part 7 i'm asked to explain how I'm qualify for advanced parole and what circumstances warrant issuance of advance parole on a separate paper. Can anybody provide me with an example? Unless I'm asking for a re-entry permit? I'm not sure I understand anymore which one I need to pick.

12/12/18 Mailed AoS + EAD + AP

12/14/18 Package delivered at Chicago Lockbox

12/20/18 Text notifications received 

12/24/18 NOA1 received 

12/31/18 Biometrics Appointment letter received. Scheduled for 1/9/19

01/03/19 Biometrics walk-in done

06/18/19 Interview was scheduled
