i just recived the e-mail about EAD card production, my question is i can work right now ?

do i have problem working?

(25 July 2009) Check Cashed

(22 July 2009) Recived NOA1

interview @ tampa, fl office: april 26, 2007

green card received: may 5, 2007

removal of conditions timeline:

03/26/2009 - received in VSC

07/20/2009 - card production ordered!

wow! congrats!

our timelines are almost the same. Hoping that i will get my card soon. I had touches on May 9 and May 10th too.

As far as I see it does not take to much time to get the card when you are approved.

You technically have 90 days to produce the evidence if you can find an employer who will take that risk.

I would start interviewing and bring the letter, see what happens.

As long as you can find an employer that will hire you without you actually having the EAD card, you won't have any problems because the effective date on your card is the important thing. And, if you have already been approved, it's just a matter of the card being received by you.

how much time the expire date will be, and how much time i have to apply before it finshs?

the EAD is good for 1 year... you want to be filing at least 90 days before it's expiry to avoid not being work authorized

Sept 25, 2008... Moved to the UK

Jan 9, 2010... 10 year GREEN CARD arrives.

May 31, 2012... Express Mailed N-400 application to the Nebraska Service Center for military spouses filing overseas

Jul 20, 2012... Email from USCIS London for info to schedule interview Day 50

still have to apply for EAD after one year?

or that is only in case i didnt recive the AOS yet?

Yes your green card is your work authorization. Once you get your GC then the EAD is not needed. However, if you get a conditional GC you will need to apply to have the conditions lifted 90 days before it expires.

You can't work legally until you have the card, as far as I am aware.

You're legal to work as soon as your Employment Authorisation is approved. The card is merely proof of EA, which you are required to show before 90 days after your signed an I-9, so yes, you can legally work with approved EA before you receive the card in the mail.
