Hi guys,

Sorry for posting another post again so soon I'm just trying to get everything together so we don't spend more than a few days in AP if possible! For the support, I have a co-sponsor as I just finished graduate school and because of the accelerated nature of my Master's course I haven't had a job since I started the program in September of 2017 and I am still currently unemployed.

I've already got everything In need from my co-sponsor and they make well over the minimum household requirement. However, I know that because I am the petitioner I still have to file the I-34 as well. For London, would I be okay just including a copy of last years tax return (where I had a few months of work from over the summer/ working as an undergraduate)? I have not worked at all this year so there's not really any proof of income that I could provide. For the employment section of the form I was going to put "Student/Unemployed" and I was just going to include a copy of last years transcripts.

Will I need anything else? Will London be super picky about my I-34 even though I've got a co-sponsor?

Thank for the help, guys. Not long now!! 😍

Have you considered self sponsorship, much the easiest route.

You don't even need an I-134 for a London interview if you are sending an I-134 from another sponsor.

When you do I-864 for adjustment of status, you will do one along with the joint sponsor of you aren't employed by then. Different forms, different rules.

I'm not sure he would qualify, his finances haven't been the best this year.

Are you sure? I've seen multiple reviews say that they had a cosponsor and went into AP because the petitioner didn't fill out their own I-134... just trying to cover all of my bases.

They seem just want to see enough for 90 days.

Hmm, where could I get more info on self sponsoring? He's got a loan out he's still paying on.. don't know if that makes a difference or not? Still don't think he'd be able to swing it.
