Do you mean how long it will take to send your case to NVC?

I ll try to explain. We dont know too much. But I know my husband need to show some finicial suppot documents and that he paid all tax. So now he has some finincal problems and cant show this . So how much time we have to have our NVC case number still avialable - 6 monthes . 1 year

from nvc to the consulate can be anywhere from a couple of weeks to months, depending on the consulate. in some consulates you can schedule your own interview and drag it out several months. after approval, you have 6 months to move.

he needs to show his tax transcripts for the past 3 years, and then his current job/income. If he owes taxes he can get on a payment plan with the IRS and its perfectly fine.

it would be best for him to get a co sponsor. even if he finds  job he will not have been there long enough. joint  sponsor is the way to go in this case.

thank you for answer but what about tax?  he need  to pay to IRS so ...Is it affect somehow on out process

if he has a co sponsor it wont make as big a difference. he does need to sort things out with them. even if he calls and tells them hes not working but WANTS to pay them and will do so as soon as possible. theyll work with him.
