Hello VJ's, I wanted to ask if I can apply for my US Citizenship. See below for my information on my Conditional Resident card.

  • How long will it take to get the Citizenship
  • What information my Wife need to provide/sign
  • Will she need to go to an interview?

I will receive my 10 year Green Card on Monday dated for 9/17/18

I didn't understand this part:

  • "The one condition is that you must have successfully become a permanent resident by the time the two years of green card status expire. This means that you will need to have filed Form I-751 or Form I-829 to remove the conditions of your green card before your status expires. You must also have received approval from the USCIS to get the conditions removed."

You can go ahead and apply for N-400 under the 3-year rule (marriage based)! If you are still in West Palm Beach, below is the processing time for your field office. What you need to provide together is evidence that you still are married like tax returns, marriage certificate, proof of your spouse's citizenship (passport, birth certificate, naturalization certificate, whatever you have) and other documents that are listed in the checklist. I recommend reviewing those before applying. When you apply, you will need to go to the interview where you will need to take the citizenship test.
