Hello all,

 

Writing on behalf of my Kiwi husband. He came to the States in June 2018 with a CR1 visa. His job is a hydrographic surveyor, meaning he works for a global company flying to locations they need his to survey on the boats. 

 

He has an option for a 150 day contract with his company which would mean he would be out of the country for this job a guaranteed 150 days in the next year. We just bought a house and this will continue to be his home.

 

Will this be ok for his ROC in a year and a half? Don't want to play with fire, just wanted to see if anyone had any insight. Thank you!
