People who have already done their medical in India  - did the Panel Physician give you a DS-3025 form after the medical was completed?

Keep checking, they release the slots 2 months prior. So you might be able to see slots released for later December dates.

DS-3025 is a form which the Indian Panel Physician should give you after the medical was completed which clearly states that you have all vaccinations in accordance with US law for Immigration as we need vaccinations while filing AOS. The medical we get done in India is valid for 6 months and the same is used for AOS. The DS-3025 form helps us at the time of AOSotherwise you will hvae to get done a medical/vaccinations again in US which is very expensive. Also, remember to file your AOS within 6 months of medical to avoid any complications.

@Heather & Shahbaz  did you not get anything even a letter form the physician stating that you have all vaccinations for US?

Yes I got that. There was one package containing CD which needs to handed at the time of POE, another package containing medical report which needs to be handed to CO at the time of Visa interview, and 1 page which shows the vaccination you have received which needs to kept with you for your own record. I think that's the one you are talking about.

Yes the last part is what I am talking about the page with vaccination i.e. the DS-3025 . You and we all will need it when we file our AOS, thanks for confirming that we get it 😊

Hi @Lonegirl  Thank you so much !!!! I was also waiting for my appointment  for Dec 21st. OFC I booked for Dec 18th.. Thanks to you i also booked it.

You received your P4 today when was case received at Consulate as per NVC status? Please update your timeline, it will help others.

NVC notified us on 2nd October. The letter along with the P4 is dated 11th October.

It was in transit, but on 5th October I checked on the CEAC website, where the status was Ready.

May I clarify some information in your posting. The medical for the visa is valid for 6 months but that same medical is valid for 1 year for AOS after marriage.
