Nope i hav nothing...thr was no custody case involved n as of general rule girl child goes to mother.

Thy dint evn asked me any documentation during interview...jus asked me if u hav discussed wit her dad..i told thm yes

Do i need any documentation?

I am not up to date with the specifics, but with child trafficking, a lot of airports are scrutinizing this issue close. Do you have child protective agency that you can contact and inquire as to whether something is needed. I am not only concerned with India departure but any countries you transit through. Sooner is better then latter to make this inquire.

If you have NOT received your case number by Wednesday/Thursday of the week prior to shipment week then you more then likely will be on the next shipment after the present one you are inquiring about.

So if you didn't have your case number assigned by 2/27 or 28 you'll probably will not make this shipment. Next shipment is 3/19 and the same is true for that shipment. Approvals by 3/14 will be on 3/19.

We received our case number on Thursday, 2/28 hence our surprise and our comments to let others who may have got it on the same date thay we didn't make this shipment.

You sure you didn't make it? I just checked the shipment and there are 3 going to India. One to New Delhi (which I think is @Pachuau , unless it is not forwarding to New Delhi and just to Mumbai) and 2 to Mumbai (one of which is mine and either Pachuau or not). On VJ at least others are a little before or after us. Wondering who that 3rd person is... Have you checked this tracker and put in your case number?  https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?App=NIV

Yes, we didn't make it. Checked the tracker religiously. We missed it. Ours would have been Mumbai.
