So of course the Jedi sensed I left the room and is now all cuddled up to me. Good thing is he's a heater. I think I may txt the hillbilly to bring me my electric throw. I could send the Jedi but I would lose my heat souurce while he forgets what he's after.

This perpetrator should have been charged with Assult 1, not assault 2, because when he demands a dollar from the victim, and hits him over the head with a weapon, it's robbery. And when you assault someone during the commission of a robbery, it is an Assault 1, which is a higher felony charge than the robbery itself. (Assault 1, falls just under attempted murder).
