I think it will be nice for you guys to have a nice newer house in the suburbs.

That must be the worst.  :(

I think so too. I've been fixing houses for most of my adult life. I want something that is in good shape for at lest 20 yrs.

It is terrible. I was really hoping the surgery would give me a few yrs of relief. At least the polyps won't be sticking out of my nose this winter with every cold I catch.

I think I would have to get a job for that house. I'm not that picky I would prefer 5 bedrooms 6 would be good because I know at some point my inlaws will be moving in.

Something like that but with no covenants. They are just as bad as HOA.

Spent the day in the ER. Himself woke up this morning with several symptoms of a CVA. Local VA doesn't want him there, as they have no imaging. Off to a genuine hospital. There is an ER in town, and they explicitly said NOT to drive him as far as Fayetteville.

Following a CT, and a Telehealth consult with a stroke nurse in MO, we had a hugely entertaining telehealth consult with Neuro. The Doc had limited English and was having a hard time making herself understood. Fortunately, Himself speaks Italian.  Alas given his difficulty hearing, he couldn't make her out. Between the nurse and I, we managed to repeat what the Doc was saying to everyone's satisfaction.

No stroke, no bleeding into his brain box. It would appear although his autonomic insufficiency ordinarily means his BP trends high, it is now trending low. Without proper perfusion, his extremities could not cooperate with his intentions.

Also, nothing to be done about it. The Doc did look genuinely sorry she had nothing to offer him. Another new normal.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

He is as good as he can be. Brought him home, and put him to bed. I'll have to shoot an email to the TN team, he probably needs to go back to Autonomics at Vanderbilt.

I also want far away from LR ok maybe not too far because he needs to drive to work. But I want away from all this bull. Plus if we go out from here we can get more bang for our buck.

Ahhh..LR. How much did I come to loathe that place? Plenty. I do not miss having to go down there in the least.

The MIL's house is still on the market, lol, and it is under an hour from LR. Got a pretty draconian HOA though.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Oh everyone at work gets to have ketchup and dill pickle chips, as well as good chocolate.  I may bring back some ice wine for special drs too. :)

Oooo hickory sticks!

Cheezies! Omg.. and smarties.

And Crispy Crunch and Coffee Crisp bars. And Millionaires Sardines. Not together of course.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Yes i hate LR. WE don't live there but are too close for comfort. I think I will pass on that draconian HOA

He's famous in some circles for his quick turnarounds after tanking. I expect he will be decent tomorrow.  It is tiring though, all this back and forth for years. He doesn't have PTSD, but I wonder if he isn't a carrier.....;)
