It's a legit question, I've always thought frozen eggs = bad, but I'm guessing not? Do they thaw back into liquid state?

I use a silicone muffin tin. Crack them open pop one in each cup and freeze. Once frozen stick them in a zip lock bag. Yes they thaw and go back to almost a normal egg. Some ppl say the texture is a bit different, but if making scramble eggs or baking you won't notice.

Hell yes, I'm gonna try that! Might be better than having my eggs go bad in the fridge because friends have chickens. Or because 18pks or flats are on sale. Thank you!

oh yes give it a try. I used the silicone because it's easier to pop them out.

Looks good. I'm going to go look up the recipe. I use real sugar non of this other junk that the body does not recognize and makes you crave more sugar because your tastes buds sent the message to your brain
