Mrs. T-B. & Mini-B. got their flu shots two days ago, prepared she & wee man.

Since then, Mini-B. has been acting like a drama king, melodramatic wee man.

He's been positioning his arm like it's disabled, and is groaning with any motion, dramatic wee man.

That is, unless he gets distracted by something, forgets all about it man.

 

In addition, he refuses to remove the Band-Aid that was put atop the injection site, refuse wee man.

The thing is flapping by a bare Manymeter of stickum, and he refuses to let us pull it off, obstinate wee man.

"I want it to come off by itself, si man!" says he, say wee man.

My flu shot hurt for a couple of days this year.  Usually that is only something that happens with the tetanus vaccine for me.  It wasn't as bad as the tetanus one, but I was kind of grumpy about it.

 

AncestryDNA recently did an update.

 

Mine is way more accurate - it took most of my Scandinavian points and put them in Ireland where they belonged.  My German numbers are still low, but whatever.

 

The Dane's, though, oh dear gods.... Before they had broadly Scandinavian as a category.  They've reformulated it to Norwegian, Swedish, or British/Northwestern European.   No more Denmark.  He's going to have an aneurysm is he learns he is largely Swedish.  🤣  I think I'll print it out and put it in his lunchbox.  Surprise!

They've lumped Dutch in with British now.  

 

The Dane is still, however, related to the original group of Mormons.  True purpose of Ancestry products, right there.

 

Baby woke up for the second time tonight and let out a massive burp.  I don't think I've heard him do that in months.  Then it sounded like he was struggling with reflux and gas out the other end.  Pears are definitely not for him.

We have set a provisional date for our elopement & are getting very busy looking into potential venue etc.....I'm going t leave buying my dress until I arrive.......I might just have to go try some on in the meantime though.....y'know just for inspiration
