Ha. Sneaky as MIL gets her friend to send me an email. Never heard of this church lady, but she someone knows me by name, calls me Dear *gag*  and tells me I must email MIL and give her my actual physical address. "She needs it for the lawyer handling her will".

We have several responses to that.

No.

No way under the sun.

How about I send it to the Lawyer once we have proof she's dead. Once they are ALL dead.

It's a carrot on a stick. She's never leaving us a thin dime. That's a fact, right from the horse's mouth.

If it was really for the lawyer the lawyer can track you done a pond her death.

I'd message the women back and say- You have the wrong email I have no clue who or what you are talking about. :D

Exactly. I'm annoyed to think she believes I am greedy enough to send her my address. Or dumb enough. Her lawyer wants to get me, let him track me down. Not that it would ever happen in a million years.  I've made it clear more than once we don't want her #######. And she's made it clear many times we aren't getting a dime. It's all just noise.

Her charming daughter gets the lot, and the lawyer can certainly find her, given that they live at the same address :D

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

The executor would still have to notify your husband when she dies so that he’d have a chance to contest the will. They definitely don’t need your address now. I wonder what her game is.

We will know when she dies, never fear. There will be a full page obit in the hometown paper, listing all her glorious achievements in life. I know this because she wrote it herself, and asked me to proof-read it for grammatical errors.  All of the church ladies will be posting about the terrible loss, one of whom is my fly on the wall. Facebook will be hung with black crepe. Just kidding..perhaps.

Her daughter, besides being the sole inheritor is also the executrix. She will positively hand out the goodies as she sees fit, whatever the will says.

Himself will not be contesting. He doesn't want her money. Or anything else for that matter.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

That's what I did too.

So many of my mom friends use pull-ups and they wonder why their child is not night trained at 7. I always found pull-ups to make kids lazy. Now don't get me wrong this is for your normal healthy child not one struggling with some things.

I agree completely (as someone who works with an enormous amount of children). Pull ups do not work (the objective of a pull-up is to make a kid feel “dry”). They do not help with potty training.....

Cuy = the possum of Ecu, oink man.

When Family Mrs. T-B. were here, we took them to PetSmart, see critters man.  They took fotos of the cuyes to show the Ecu crowed that they really were pets here, and not din-din, si and no man.

They were also incredibly fascinated with the small snakes in the reptile area, serpientes man.  Ecu has no small snakes, no man; they're solely the industrial-sized pythons & boa constrictors that eat donkeys, people, etc., si man.

Potty training is one of those things kids can control. at Many. Many he knows what he's doing and just doesn't care.

Are you using thick undies? Have you tried letting him stay naked?

How far from where he plays is the potty?

Some kids are afraid of missing out of things when the potty is in another room.

Does he pee in the potty and it's just poop that is the issue?
