Stretch said she needs to have her gall bladder removed...

Now I might add, that the useless hillbilly can't afford to pay for the operation. But, he's not really as useless as we think he is. And, they have medical insurance.

However, he is in fact, a bona fide ham hock eating, bacca chewing, catfish noodling, cousin ###### hillbilly...

No No - How is it that _you_ have this skill of gall bladder removal ?  I mean, come on, you probably get good practice on the bears each season, but ..

Here's the original:

A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyse a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects

This is what you do

1- go look for bear

2- shoot bear

3- remove gall bladder

4- submerge gall bladder in Jack Daniels

5- drink Jack Daniels

6- purchase bottle of Rogaine

7- use Rogaine sparingly, daily

8- voila!

I'm planning my menu the next month for fun. Maybe I can get back into cooking since boy #2 is not around to request certain things. The littles and big sister always want the same thing. I can't handle it all be the same. Some days yes good old plain spaghetti and meatballs hits the spot.

Any ideas?

So far I have meatball subs on the list, and Spaghetti and Garlic bread grill cheese, sausage and perogie's, Ham for Canadian TG :) and lemon Chicken.
