Our day ended up being wasted, Mrs. T-B. and her scheduling grrrr man.

Went to a din-din party at Mrs. T-B.'s amiga's casa, appearance by we man.

Approximately Many mostly Spanish people there, Ecuatorianos Venezolanos Colombianos man.

Mrs. T-B. knew most from previous parties, attended alone by she man.

Two of Mrs. T-B.'s amigas met us and exclaimed, "Well, now we finally know who you are!"

We replied, "The Mystery Gringo, si ma'am!"

 

Food good in theory but most items fouled with cilantro, vilest of poisons man.

We had correctly anticipated this and had snacked before attending party, prescient we man.

 

All wives & chicas there exceptionally hot-looking, eye-candy man.

Best-looking group of chicas this side of the rubias, see man.

 

For Spanish-people party, proceedings surprisingly subdued, interesting man.

Had nice chat with gringo husband who was feeding 2-month-old baby, cute very wee ma'am.

Brought back memories of Mini-B. at that age, would love to relive temporarily man.

 

Stayed for Many (2+1) hours, return to casa by Many (2x2x2+2+1) p.m. man.

Nearly comatose Mini-B. wanted to stay up till the New Year, just made it wee man.

For first time ever, Mrs. T-B. didn't perform Ecu ritual involving grapes & pennies, gringa she man.

Happy New Year! I'm a bit late with that. My internet fell over yesterday midday, and it was back off and on, for minutes at a time for the rest of the day. They did give me a repair time of 0600 this morning. Did not get up to test it, lol, but seems stable now. 

 

We were all in bed early. Himself was asleep when the year turned over, and so was the dog. Right up until the fireworks started. I spent the next hour trying to calm her down, difficult to do when she was under the pillow, crying.  Once she settled down, the only safe place she was happy with was on my head. Not very restful.

If she is easily stressed, a thunder vest is a great solution, both of my dogs use them for storms and noisy holidays, makes it easier on all of us

Learned today that a dear old friend died on Saturday, sigh man.

He was Many (2x2x2x2x2x2 + 2x2x2x2 + 2x2x2+1) years old, didn't quite make the next Manycade man.

Had caucus with fizzicle therapist & retired orthosurgeon today, remobilize we man.

They scrutinized MRI & radiograph, scrutinize the innermost we man.

Doc did clinical exam of us, don't diagnose from images man.

 

We have neurologic symptoms but no neurologic deficits, si and no man.

The problem is almost certainly the LMany (L[2+2+1]) nerve root, foraminal stenosis man.

A myelogram will almost certainly reveal what is NOT the problem, see problem man.

However, who does myelograms these days, not "hip" man.

We shall lobby for one, do or dye man.

Because of company coming over, she again tossed unrinsed dirty dishes into the warshdisher, sigh man.

This completely hosed our estimate of available space for the visible dirty stuff, sigh man.

It also necessitated otherwise-unnessary scrubbing of petrified remnants, elbow-grease we man.
