That is what this thread was made for.   It must be really frustrating.  We move in together 9 months after we started talking online (7 years ago this month!) and even that was too long for me.

Ours won't be ready for another hour.  Turkey, mashed potatoes, peas, gravy, cranberry, dressing (the sort you make by washing the bread first) and mince pies for afters.

Turkey breast in crockpot.

I will cook stove top and veggies and heat up hubs ham when I get home.  Also bought apple pie and ice cream.  Nom.

Well news from the boy was exactly what I guessed. I'm NOT going to be a grandma yet! They are moving to Seatle. He was offered a job for some fancy bakery. I think he is nuts but he's young and needs to explore things for himself. I'm sad I wont see them at Christmas now.
