I did already get my Walmart BF shopping done. I love how you can order it online rather than going in to deal with that crazy. 

Kolhs sale starts at 1201 so I will be up just a bit longer. Oh I better check what time zone that was. Their door crasher deals that is.

Special Wednesday report, see man:

 

Up-got in moderately usual discomfort, ow man.

Mowed front yard & neighbor's front yard, pre-emptive strike against fallen leaves, leaf us alone man.

Just recovered from shower when fizzicle therapist (a rubia!) arrived, see she man.

 

She diagnosed our problems as all from the nerve emanating from LMany/S1, long-blown disc man.

Muscles & ligaments were all, as she put it, "splinted Many/Many (2x2x2x2+2+2+2/2+2+2+1)," stiff man.

 

She carefully diagnosed our hips, back, & neck, inspect & test us man.

Right side all cool, left side all hosed man.

She up-loosened our hip, exercise we man.

She up-loosened our low back, exercise we man.

She up-loosened our mid- & upper back, exercise we man.

She up-loosened our neck, amazing man.

We had not been that flexible in as long as we could remember, literally years or Manycades man.

 

She gave us Many (2+2) specific exercises to do daily for 2 or Many weeks, si man.

She told us to take a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory HSM for 2 or Many nights, si man.

She wants to up-follow with us in 2 or Many weeks, see we she man.

 

We then had to race to complete errands, already 2 p.m. man.

We had to stand in lines but felt no sciatica/radicular symptoms, upstanding we man.

 

Returned and napped-with-cat wonderfully, zzz we & miu man.

Awoke still in no pain, unbelievable man.

 

WCG (World's Cheapest Gringo) arrived for Thanksgiving, welcome we WCG man.

Took WCG, Mrs. T-B., & Mini-B. to Olive Garden with use of $Many gift-card, owed $2 out-of-pocket man.

 

We feel like the crippled "plant" in the old Western movies who drank the snake-oil salesman's elixir, si man.

"I can walk!  I can walk!" he would exclaim, throwing away his cane or crutch man.
