Semi-rotten day here, too, sigh man.

We wearily arrived at casa after another record-smashing week of POTS sales, $i man.

We noted full garbage bins, we knew what this meant man.

Sure enough, Mrs. T-B. had been "cleaning up," shoot us now man.

And it was the bedroom, shoot us twice man.

 

Mrs. T-B. hastened to assure us that she threw nothing of ours out, yeah right man.

Mini-B. inquired whether we were mad at Mommy and were going to go aysheep, prescient wee man.

We wearily responded that we were too exhausted to go aysheep, not untrue man.

Mini-B. said, "Wow, Daddy -- you must really be tired!  I told Mommy that you would get really mad if she cleaned."

We said, "We are mad, Son; we're simply too tired to show it, si man."

 

We'll now have to spend our entire weekend inspecting everything and putting it back where it belongs, sigh man.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Saturday (Manyvember Many'th) is National Take A Hike Day, may everybody who interferes with our peace of mind do so man.

 

We intend to spend long times and lavish funds at the Many ESs that we have itineraried, salve for the soul man.
