Maybe salted caramel cookies! I think his kids (we get them this weekend) would enjoy that too.

OMG I almost forgot to make those for Christmas. I need to get caramels now and get them made.

Oh and good call on kids and cookies :)

The flatmate was discharged to home again 3 weeks ago. She had left her dog with the lady who boards him, and will one day have him for good, with a view to having him back in two weeks. However, she has apparently fallen out of her chair and sustained a concussion, so is back in the hospital again.  I can't speak with her, she is in ICU.

I have also been trying to ring her sister,  my go-to person when I can't raise Aud, but there has been no answer there either for a few days. Turns out her sister is also in the hospital on life support with septicemia, and not expected to survive.  I don't know if my flatmate knows this or not, I would think she hasn't been told.

I've got all this from a FaceBook message this evening, I am friends with Aud's great-nephew, and he thought someone had better let me know what's going on.                            I can't do anything about any of it. I can't be in two places at once.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.
