That isn't such a bad idea, especially for fire reasons.

I'm not a fan of the pex that replaced our copper pipes.  It isn't what my husband installs now, but his old boss used it - the problem is that the connections have a much smaller diameter than the pipe being used and it has impacted the water pressure when multiple outlets are going.

Yes NYC is tightly packed, they have to watch for fire, and rats as well.

The pex lines really do suck. You're right, no pressure!

My dog Ps with higher pressure than the pex....

What do you think of Amazon coming to NYC?

I don't really understand why any corporation that didn't need to be in a metro area, like finance companies, would open a new branch in a high COL place that is already bursting at the seams.  Like, why do you have your employees so much?

I agree with you.

I think it's retarded.

They're coming for the 3  billion dollar tax break.

NYC is already crowded.

Housing is expensive. And it'll only go up more.

They're not creating any jobs, plenty here.

Anyone who wants a job, has one.

The infrastructure (Trains) can't handle the extra residents and derivatives.

The roads/ streets can't handle the extra traffic.

They will displace more lower income families.

The libs and conservatives actually agree on this!

If they practice what they preach, They'd go somewhere where the jobs are really needed.

Go to an area and develop it.

Go to an area where they can find reliable, trainable employees.

Go to Big Rock, Arkansas.

Companies that have done that in the past?

Toyota, Honda, Mercedes, Medtronics, IBM, Sylvania, many others....

Those are cute.

Ya I don't do much with amazon unless I can't find it in store.

After we get done with the plumber I'm getting a realtor in to give us an idea what we can get out of this house with just some fresh paint of minimal work. If we can get at least 20k more than we owe I will be ok with that.

Then you move from Little Rock to Big Rock, and get a job with Amazon as a chicken plucker....
