A workplace harassment investigation found it “more likely than not” that Sen. Daniel Kagan, D-Cherry Hills Village, used a private, women-only restroom at the Capitol three times during the 2017 legislative session.

The 21-page report was finished in June, but its details and determinations remained a secret until Thursday, when Kagan’s accuser, Sen. Beth Martinez Humenik, R-Thornton, released it to CBS4.

“My hope has been that Senator Kagan would eventually admit that this was not a one-time incident, but he’s unwilling to do so, even in light of what’s in this report …,” Martinez Humenik said in a statement. “After having my honesty and the honesty of other witnesses questioned, I’m sharing this report in an effort to bring this matter to closure and put facts on the table.”

Trying to remember and I think I have only used the Ladies once, my excuse is that there was a power loss at the time and no emergency lights not sure that would work nowadays.

I do remember being in a changing room and a lady came in said 'I have always wanted to do this' and left, now that was pre Times Up so nobody did anything.

To be fair Sweden does seem down the other end of the spectrum.

Yes and we get our own bathroom not just a stall (unless you're at a soccer stadium or similar). Much more privacy. Even at airports you get to close a door and not see people's feet and know exactly what they're doing.

Been using public restrooms for years in stadiums, airports, malls, etc.  Never once have I ever known exactly what anyone is doing.  I was taught a long time ago that public bathrooms were not places to take in all the sights.

Ditto, and imagine using those same public restrooms in countries where both sexes and all ages use the same room.  Seems strange to us perhaps, but it’s the norm in other places.
