I applied for I601A waiver. My next step to fill out DS-260 form to NVC. I confused now. 

I don`t know what can I answer to present work/occupation questions. My husband and me have business-self employment. We own our business 50-50% and We filled tax return together.

But I overstayed with B1/B2 visa. Why I applied to waiver...Can I say yes and give our company name as my present work. I don`t want to be trouble without work permit.

If your Husband is a USC why do you not just adjust status?
