I just want to make sure I have enough evidence and if my cover letter is good enough?

 

 

We have enclosed Form I-751, a check for $680: includes $595 the I-751 filling fee, $85 biometric service fee, and copy of the permanent resident card. Please also find the following documents enclosed to verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship:

 

  1. Copy of Marriage Certificate May 10, 2016
  2. Copy of Church Marriage Certificate in the Philippines May 10, 2017
  3. Copies of lease contracts showing joint tenancy in the following addresses:
    • Address 2 (2017- Present) 
      • Utility bills showing joint occupancy
        • Monthly rent bill
        • Water monthly bill 
        • Trash monthly bill
        • Internet monthly bill
    • Address 1 (2016-2017) 
      • Utility bills showing joint occupancy
        • Internet monthly bill
        • Trash monthly bill
        • Water monthly bill 
        • Monthly rent bill
  4. Copies of the tax statements for the previous two years (2016-2017)
  5. Copies of pay stubs and W2
  6. Joint policies and beneficiary of life insurance and retirement accounts
    • Joint car insurance
    • Joint renter’s insurance
    • Joint medical and dental cards
    • Web page copy showing U.S. citizen as beneficiary of Permanent resident's work benefits: employee life insurance and 401k retiremen
    • Web page copy showing Permanent resident as beneficiary of U.S. citizen’s work benefits: employee group critical illness and 401k retirement
  7. Documents showing joint bank accounts:
    • Copies of credit card
    • Copies of joint monthly credit card statements
    • Copy of debit Card
    • Copies of joint bank statements
  8. Copy of our joint car finance loan statement
  9. Two (2) original affidavits of bona fide marriage signed and sworn by a U.S. citizen and a Permanent Resident.
  10. Wedding Invitation for our Church Wedding/ First Wedding Anniversary May 10, 2017 in the Philippines
  11. Copy of Wedding suppliers contracts and receipts for our Church wedding in the Philippines May 10, 2017
  12. Pictures with family, relatives, and friends during our Church wedding in the Philippines May 10, 2017
  13. Copy of our Church wedding video May 10, 2017 (in the USB)
  14. Copy of our airline tickets/itinerary for our vacations in 2017-2018
  15. Photographs from vacation in Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines in March - April 2018. 
  16. Pictures of our family visiting us in the USA June-July 2018

That all looks good. Make sure the photos are notated to identify those involved. Double, then triple check your I-751 form to be sure all required information has been input (N/A where questions are not applicable) and signatures are present. Make a copy for your files. Go for it! :)

10/02/2015: CEAC status changed to "In Transit"
10/08/2015: CEAC status changed to "Ready"
10/09/2015: Consulate acknowledged receipt via phone; Hardcopy from US DoS with case number.
10/19/2015: Received information from Consulate.
10/28/2015: Medical Exam
11/17/2015: Interview...rescheduled due to computer problems. New date as yet unknown.
11/18/2015: Called in for interview and APPROVED!

11/24/2015: Picked up visa/passport and sealed packet from the Consulate! <happy dance>

02/14/2016: Arrived in the U.S. (POE was Bermuda)...CO was really nice!

02/18/2016: Married! :)

03/14/2016: I-485/765/131 NOAs received by mail. USCIS Received Date 03/04/2016; USCIS Notice Date 03/10/2016
03/25/2016: Received biometrics appointment letter for I-485 & I-765
04/04/2016: Biometrics appointment
04/26/2016: Received notification that the I-131 was approved and the name was updated on the I-765
05/23/2016: Received notice that card was being produced for I-765.
05/28/2016: Received EAD/AP card.
06/01/2016: Received electronic notice that AOS interview has been scheduled.
06/30/2016: I-485 interview at USCIS Baltimore Field Office.
09/01/2016: InfoPass appointment made for 09/07/2016.
09/06/2016: Received electronic notification that I-485 was approved on 09/02/2016.
09/09/2016: Received approval letter.
09/14/2016: Green Card delivered! :)

 

ROC...

 

06/13/2018: I-751 package mailed to Vermont Service Center
06/25/2018: NOA/extension letter received, dated 06/19/2018

07/14/2018: Received ASC notice for Biometrics Appointment

07/25/18: Completed Biometrics

06/13/19: Received email notification of card production. I-751 approved!
