Do you mean fingerprint as additional to police report?

  • Not sure if it is different based on the country but with Vietnam Police Report, there is no fingerprint associated with the Police Report No. 2.

I submitted fingerprints along with the certificate and it was accepted so don't know if they would have accepted it without the fingerprints. Hope this helps
