G221 temp refusal

Hey everyone. 

I’m extremely hesitant to post here but I am kind of desperate with the lack of info in getting. My fiancé went for his k1 visa interview last week, sept 13th in Kingston Jamaica. He was temporarily refused under g221, white paper. The officer told him I need to attend another interview. The officer kept his passport. 

My question is will he get the passport back in the mail? 

How do I make another interview?

does this case look like a refusal? 

 

We've been together over a year and ive visited over 6 times . A few read flags popped up for them I guess not sure why but are they just asking me to go there to clarify them? 

I’m pretty concerned .

You missed providing us with the most important detail... what was the info on the white paper say?

 

Nobody can answer any of the questions you asked until we have more info.

So the letter says nothing besides for me to come there . It states it’s a temporary refusal , that’s all.
