This is where you get revenge when you send 250-300 pages. I'm with you on this one. Make them pay for their stupidity. :D

Why Stupidity? For what I've read in this website, India is a high risk country for non bonafide marriages (I believe you're aware of that, you been here lloooong time) it seems to me that because of that, the scrutiny is higher for countries like India and applicants should prepare for that wheter they liked or not. So, again why the staff at the embassy is being stupid?

It seems your subscribing to the notion that asking for documentation that has already been submitted, the CO ignoring the applicant's offer of more evidence in hand is not stupid but should be considered "normal" because of the country. Of course, if the issue were two items missing then I have no problem with that request and thus a 221(g) is produced. No stupidity there IMO. This "argument" is a he said she said issue. I don't have the story from the CO so maybe, just maybe, I am being too harsh. But keep in mind, that I am responding to how I see things as presented by the beneficiary. Your mileage may vary.

The people I see do not realise that the simple bit if form filling and that unless there is something weird about their situation paying for somebody to do it is both a waste of time, delay and error potential.

Those with issues need a Lawyer not a form filler.

Yes there is a point on that, specially when all the information and guidelines are available on line and are easy to follow, not rocket science.

But not everybody has the time or the patience to be a "form filler". I believe RV realize that there was a business oportunity, and there are people out there willing to pay "form fillers" to make things easier for them.

You have to assemble the information.

Then you give it to a form filler, in a form? Or how?

You might be right, I have no knowledge or experience with immigration procedures, what I do not understand why the insult,? like you mentioned, you are making your arguments based on a pic of a document an something that someone published here, one side of the story only.

Can someone give me advice on what my fiancee should bring to prove our relationship?  I've only visited him onece because I have  two small children and im not planning any big wedding here because we both dont have any family, plus how do they expect people to send invitations and book venues if you dont even have a visa yet! Also does he need a copy of my divorce from my ex husband ? I saw it on a  VJ checklist but I did include that in my petition.

 Goodluck everyone!

I already explained why we were denied. Need more proof. I Did the mistake of not including call logs. !   B4 submitting everything rapid visa checked off everything and said it was ok but not once did they say to include call logs and I didn't think of it, being the first time I'm dealing with immigration. You get better information on this site, due to people experiences. Next week we are submitting the proof they asked.  Whatapps call logs and chats , my att phone logs, facebook messages and when we announced our engagement and how our family reacted and our money transfers. I spent over $100 just on printing stuff.

They don't expect firm plans...they actually suggest not making any plans that cannot be changed until the visa is in hand. You have up to 6 months from the medical to enter the US, then 90 days to marry from that. So you have almost 9 months for a wedding if one wants to plan a big wedding.

Most people just get married in a court first then have a larger celebration later, or just have a small wedding.

It was in Mumbai. Yeah we submitted like 4 screenshots of chats and call logs from every month we have known each otber, all screenshots of us video chatting, a letter about how we met/why we got married, every Facebook/instagram post we made about each other including the comments from our friends and family, letters of support from our friends and family, pictures of us videochatting with each others family, money transfers between us, our marriage certificate and photos and literally every picture we ever took together. It came out to like 250 or 300 pages plus all the photos. I hope we both get through this quickly. Was your fiancees interview also in mumbai? When he submitted his documents they told him he would recieve a response in 3-4 days but that sounds too good to be true honestly.

Hey, you guys was checking out your post again because my fiance finally had his interview in Mumbai and the EXACT same thing happened!!

They didn't even look at his stuff and gave him a r.f.e! Please tell me how long it took for you guys to get approved and what you did? Did you just re submit the same stuff you already brought to the interview? The weird thing is that she gave him a 221 for marriage based visa but we are ENGAGED. Smh
