Preparer Signing Portion Clarifaction

Can someone provide some clarification....

I am filling out I-130 so I'll sign as the petitioner and enter N/A for Part 7 and Part 8 since I did not use a interpreter or someone other than myself to fill the form.

I am also filling form I-130A for my spouse and this is where I want clarification. Part 6 asks if someone other than the spouse beneficiary is filling the form (which is true, since I am filling it and not her). But underneath it says provide information ONLY if the preparer used is different from the preparer used to file I-130 on the spouse's behalf (which is not the case, since I filled that out). So do I enter NONE/NA for Part 6?

Or leave it blank.  "NONE" would be "providing information". Yes?

I keep reading not to leave anything blank. When is it appropriate to leave an answer blank vs writing none or NA?

When it says to give information "ONLY if..." for starters.  You've been told wrong.  The new forms generally have lots of blank spaces.  For example, if you have no children and in the first space to list children, you type "No Children", why in the world would you enter something in each blank for the other four children you also don't have?

Some common sense will tell you when a question IS applicable but the answer is "NONE".
