Hi! We were approved on September 5th (I129F) and every time we call NVC they tell us they don't have any information about our case and they ask for what kind of visa we filed

Does this mean they just haven't received our case or should we worry? We got approved by mail only (No website or notification).

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS (POTOMAC SERVICE CENTER)

12/21/2020: Mailed I-751 

12/30/2020: Case received YSC 

2/4/2021: Check cashed 

2/6/2021: NOA1 received

Is the date on the approval notice Sept 5? Or was that the day you got the letter in the mail?

 

Bottom line - don't worry yet
NVC can take 2-6 weeks to have ur case on file. Depends when USCIS mails it to them.
Sept 5 was barely 2 weeks - (i.e. you are calling wayyy too soon). give them till next week then call again. 
it's WAYYY too early to worry. If you hit 5 weeks or so and they still say they don't have it, then yea. Something might be up

Yea- It's too soon
it sucks but there's definitely more waiting
I think you have better luck come next week
