Hello, Any one has any insight on filling out the affidavit of support form. I am looking at the item 17 on part 3 of the form - other information about the sponsor:

Who is this questions referring to: : This person is wholly dependent upon me for support/ Partially dependent on me for support. - the section appears to be for the sponsor but the question appears to be for the beneficiary. Any one please help.

They are asking about other people the SPONSOR is responsible for reporting.  It's to determine household size, so they know the income requirement.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

But There is just one space- I am partially supporting my 3 children aged 12,8 and 5- where would I put the information- Why is there no additional space?

Look above on the right side of the page before the one you are showing, to find a place for more.  There is room for three total.  Note, that it really doesn't matter whether you are partially supporting or fully supporting.  They are going to count in your household size now, AND for the next affidavit of support when your then spouse adjusts status.
