Finance overstayed tourist visa by a few days

When I met My fiance , he came to the US on a 6 month tourist visa (B1/B2). He overstayed the tourist visa by 26 days, so he was in the U.S. a little longer than 6 months. Do we have to include a U.S. address  for him ? He stayed at various friends' houses and hostels /airbnbs while he was in the US and did not have a 'real' residence while in the US. What do we indicate?

His address is to start with the address that was presented on his B1/B2 visa. If you dont have any other tangible address to represent his address during his stay, pull the B1/B2 application and use that address. So, you will not have a case of NO-US-Address for him.

Other side effects of his over stay: He is a US person as per the IRS. He must be submitting his Tax papers for his stay as he has crossed 183 days. This opens up another route for Govt about his over stay. So, I would suggest dont live ANYWHERE (either USCIS/IRS or any other places). File taxes for him.

Mar 04, 2022 (Day 37) :  Received the original Naturalization Certificate safely.

The requirement to file taxes, even if one passes the substantial presence test, still has a minimum income threshold. The substantial presence test just means you are considered a tax resident. No income = no need to file, just like any LPR or USC.
