Hi there!

I am the beneficiary And we are in the process of filing the i-129f... I have a question related to Part 2 question 37 where it asks if I have ever been to the USA.

i have marked this box as YES (my most recent visit was sept 13 - 17 where I proposed before leaving the USA) and after some browsing of the forums it’s been suggested to attach a copy of my most recent i94 to our packet to prove timely exit and to show I am not currently in USA at the time of filing.

Would it it be sufficient to go onto the i94 cbp website and take a screen capture photo of my i94 record and attach it on a separate page (I would write my passport number on the sheet)? Should I include the travel history showing arrival / departure?

Thank you in advance!!

For our K1 packet, we printed out the I-94 page and the travel history page directly from the website and included both. Not sure if it was necessary, but it didn't cause any problems and we were approved without RFE :)

If you are not currently  in US at the time of filing, you do not need to answer those questions or provide I-94.

I accidentally answered even though I was not in US but did not send I-94. No RFE
