K1 denial impact on CR-1 Spouse visa

I need some helpful feedback from this brilliant community members .I applied for k1 visa previously for my spouse but it got denied before even it gets approval at USCIS stage and the reason of denial was I got divorce in Nevada which wasn't recognized by USCIS as i wasn't able to prove my year residency requirements there so that divorce wasnt recognized by uscis. Then  i re-file for divorce in my home state and then i got the official divorce decree from my home state. After that instead of again filing for k1 i filed for CR1 visa on marriage basis. Now my question is: if there any impact of that k1 denial on my CR1 application or any drawbacks associated with it .BTW I had submitted all the evidences to uscis of our bonafide marriage with all supporting documents. Any feedbacks on this will be helpful.

The  denied K1 won't have any effect on your spousal visa.  It is just like starting over.

The only thing that's a risk is if you got remarried close to your (new) divorce date. Hopefully with your proofs they would believe the totality of your relationship and not just consider what happened after your divorce.

Also K1s in India are ridiculously difficult...very low approval rates whereas cr1s...hundreds approved each month so I think overall its stronger anyway.

Yes i do get remarry right after my divorce got final but i think it shouldn't be matter since i already filed k1 for her with intent to marry if she had got the visa also i and my ex we were already living separated from last 3 years then we filed for our divorce in nevada and got the oficially divorce decree from nevada court and were officially divorced since 2016 until last year uscis didnt recognized it. So it was the matter of re-filing another divorce in home state and get remarried. Btw i consulted one of the immigration attorney regarding this and she told me as long as your divorce date get final you can remarry the next day and btw i got remarried like 10 days after new divorce .
