@Sparrow

What's your query about? You didn't state what your problem was with USCIS. But if my insinuation is correct, is it that the process is taking too long? You can call them with the number you already have but this time demand politely to speak to a superior officer with access to more information than the Second tier officer your wife spoke with earlier.

Mostly, you just to be patient for the process to take it course. Best of luck!

You made a post about this last week. Has anything changed or did you just not like the information you got before?

This is new information that uscis told us that they reaffirmed our case and then next day they update the status about correspondence is received and uscis is reviewing it I don't know what they are talking about and when we call they don't tell us about this status

It's probably in process, like any other case. They won't have anything to tell you because it's not been changed. You need to make an account on the USCIS website and keep track of your case there.

Right. That's all the information they have at this time. There's nothing being withheld from you, that's the same information that the majority of us going through immigration have right now.

Sorry for the late reply, I've been on official duty and as such haven't been able to come online.

I think you just have to be patient with the process like @Jaquelly said, once the officer your case is assigned to makes a verdict, they'll let you know.

And make sure to create a USCIS profile online to track the progress of the case and call in frequently to know what's happening and how far they've gone.

Form I-797 is the “Notice of Action” (NOA) Form issued by USCIS or NVC to let you know their next course of action.

My case status update today and it's says case was approved instead of saying reaffirmed what's that mean?
