Your best option it seems would be to move your parents to your country.

I can not imagine ANY country allowing you to immigrate and with a ban from the US, and the convictions, a tourist visa anywhere would be highly improbable too. 

 

your parents will have to move to Armenia (if they want you to care for them) and you will have to adjust to the situation and make a life there, no matter how difficult it may be.

Im not getting mad im just stating IF someone offering up advice or making a statement they have knowledge of what they are saying and if they dont have that knowledge they come off ignorant.

My plan B is to ride out Trumps term and hopefully the next president has a different agenda and a new Attorney General which I can apply to with the necessary paperwork and basically ask for forgiveness and hopefully he/she approves it given the fact my ties to the U.S.A and years i lived there leagally and proof of rehabiltation.

It's a long-shot at best.

 

I'm not a supporter of him....but Trump being the current president had nothing to do with immigration laws that were put into place long before he took office, in terms of how USCIS deals with the types of convictions/prior deportation order you had.  

 

Never say never, though, as the saying goes.

 

Have you considered the possibility of your parents being the ones who relocate?

First you would need someone to sponsor you, that seems to be your Parents.

 

The criminal record is not a factor at this stage.

 

Then when the PD is current and you are interviewed the criminal history comes into consideration and the waiver. I am not going to guess how such things will be considered then.

 

So start with your parents petition and see.

 

Meanwhile get on with your life.

Can he move to California in the meantime? The whole state is sanctuary right? They don't deport people over there.

OP's issue would be getting across the US border in the first place, though.  He's unlikely to be successful in that given the prior convictions/previous deportation.
