Hi i was living in the United States for 38 years i came there when i was 4 in 1980. I had a green card applied for citizenship in 1998 i went to prison in 1999 and was denied cirizenship i was released to ICE in 2003 Im from the former Soviet Union Armenia the IJ ordered me removed Armenia would not accept me because I was citizen of Soviet Union and was released on order of supervision and in 2009 I went to prison again for fraud and was given 10 years and this time after my prison tirn after several trys I was deported to Armenia which I have no family or friends all my family is in the United States and are U.S citizens My parents are eldely and my mom went into severe depression they need my help to be there Im their only son also I cant read or write the language here every single one of my immediate and non immediate family are U.S citizens how can i go back to support my family can anyone tell me if I got a chance and what ahould i do.

There may be no way to fix it. In such a case as yours all you could do is get a very very good immigration attorney and even see if there is any option at all. With deportation for the crimes I doubt it and most likely you'd be throwing money away to the attorney but that is probably all you could even try to do.

You went to prison multiple times-screwed up more than once. Not to sound harsh but the above comments are correct.should have thought about your elderly parents before you committed crimes. Bringing your parents to you would be the way you can support them.

Thank you luckysuds well I got nobody to blame but myaelf ive heard about hummantarian waviers and stuff like that but i will try whats the worst thing their gonna say is no well if i got a 1% chance im gonna try

You may be able to apply for your own naturalization even if you have a criminal conviction. You need to show that you have had good moral character for the past five years. 8 U.S.C. §1101(f). Some activities prevent you from showing good moral character:

• An aggravated felony conviction after November 29, 1990
• A drug conviction (other than simple possession of 30 grams or less of marijuana) * A crime of moral turpitude (unless it had a possible sentence of one year or less and you actually were sentenced to 6 months or less)
• two convictions where you received a sentence of 5 years or more
• giving false testimony to receive an immigration benefit
• serving 180 days or more in jail for any crime
• habitual drunkards, convicted gamblers, prostitutes, and smugglers.

Im none of those things my crime was reprogramming Atm machines ro dispense  more money bir i got 10 years for it which kinda suprises me that aggravated should be violent which im not just bank fraud

He was deported and lost  his green card. No way you are getting back into the US with two felony convictions. Suggest you focus your energy and money on making a life in another country.

Time to pony up some good buck for a good immigration attorney to even have a remote chance. It will take ~7 years or so (assuming you are unmarried) to be petitioned by your parents. Then another year or so for an I-601 decision. An I-601 (+ an I-212 probably) in your case seems very highly unlikely to be approved, but that's where an attorney can better advise you on the best way to proceed. Even then, one can imagine the public charge concern being an issue with elderly parents that need care + the limited employability for somebody with such a criminal record.

 

Humanitarian parole does exist, but it's a Hail Mary option even for the best of applicants.

 

The reality is you have very, very little chance of getting to the US, and it would likely be in 8+ years anyway.
