You paid fee at pay.gov?  This is the receipt that I got when I paid my husband immigrant fee and the ioe number was at very bottom

That’s not true. I guess it depends on your Embassy.

The moment I’ve been approved the CO gave me a paper with instructions on how and where to pay Immigration fee. Paid it about an hour after approval and I still have to go pick up my passport.

Receipt number starts with IOE indeed.

I paid my visa fee the day i received my visa i.e 8th of May.....i came to USA on 24th of june....i received my ssn 3 weeks after my entry....but till now i didn't get my green card

My husband paid visa fee day of approval and 2 days after (today) received visa in hands. Will enter the states on Friday and I’m curious to see how long it will all take to receive 👀 hope you get your green card soon !! x
