Hi. Every friend .Some questions here. Thank you for anyone can reply me.

1)I got Noa2 approval date on Aug. 9 and our petition expiration date is Dec. 8.

Does it mean I should finish my interview prior to Dec.8? or submit DS 160 before Dec. 8?

2)l have 2 kids will follow to join me next June           20. Which option is better for us?

   a) Submit DS160with my kids  at the same time (now Or October) then get the medical exam before Jan. 5, schedule  the interview date on Jan.10(if I can) ,get K1k2 visas issued together then they travel to the USA on Jun 17

(the medical exam won't be expired)

   b) I go get my k1 visa issued recently, leave for the USA in November. My kids submit their DS 160 prior to their interviews then they follow to join me in Jun or July.

These are a lot of questions. Thank you for reading it all.

I'll appreciate your help.  It's a bit urgent!!

To me, it is very case specific and mainly depends upon why you want to postpone (or not) your kids' travel. I am a beneficiary with 2 K2 kids, and most probably, only the younger will go, as the older has just started college here. The younger is not old enough (13) to travel alone, and I can't imagine him travelling solo and have nobody to take care of his DS160 filing and bring him to the USA. I think he has to finish school and even if I will have my visa approved in March (best case scenario), will have to postpone our travel till June. That is, you know the details of your situation and only you and your fiance can decide what is best for your situation.  Technically all your options are really manageable.
